The very hungry caterpillar

A couple of bright(ish) days and the level of activity in our garden has taken something of a leap. I was intending to photograph the flowers in the lawn before it needs cutting (see extra) but found this caterpillar clinging to my shirt and another one on Gill's strawberry plants.   Quite breezy hence the shallow depth of field.

Update - possibly the caterpillar of the Brown Tailed Moth,  Gill had picked a few of them off plants and then touched her neck which is now reacting as if she had rolled in nettles.
