Plus 40'C, minus 392 metres

So I went to the Dead Sea when it was 40'C, and I thought this would provide extra sunblock if nothing else.
The sea was oily, waveless and abiotic, and stung like hell if it got in your eyes.
The surrounding area was a rocky scrubland, with barbed wire, kindly staff, and garish imperative signs.
