The Horses of Belleview

One of the enjoyable sights at Belleview is the many horses that live there. In fact, Belleview was at one time a horse race park owned by the DuPont family. In time, the property was donated to the state. What was once a horse track at the park is now a gravel track enjoyed by joggers, walkers, and bicyclers.
