Southern Seas :)

We visited the beautiful Durdle Door today, on the south coast of Dorset where the cliffs were chalky white, the fields were dotted with yellow buttercups and bobbing daisies and the sea was azure blue. (I know it's the wrong county but Poldark did cross my mind - funny that!)  We also saw a lady with a T-Shirt on saying 'Beach Hair' - it was a sunny day but yep - a tad blowy! 
We walked along the paths you see here, as well as the beach, with the beagles bouncing with us (on leads!).  You may not see from the angle but the path up to where we were stood here was mighty steep - almost vertical I reckon… well it felt like it!  But my what a view from the top.. we could see the coastline of Weymouth and the Isle of Portland…. and we soooo deserved the chocolate we ate whilst we crashed out from the exertion admired the view.
