Living in Manchester

A quick one

... the blip, not the snail!

It is late and I have work in the morning (this morning now) so will have to be speedy.

Today (tuesday) was a morning of gardening, which I like followed by shopping, which I hate.

At the weekend we are going to my neices First Holy Communion in Exeter. I had to buy something suitable to wear as jeans and jumper are not deemed to be accepable attire.
Found a frock but shoes were more tricky. It is not easy when you have small feet and darn near impossible when you have small deformed feet. (Bunions and past fractures combine to make a hideous mess).
Soooo I shall be wearing cream lace teamed with trainers ;-))

#2boy had free tickets to the xfactor auditions but they were over subscribed and they could not get in!! :-((

#3boy played a lot of football ohh and xbox. He also watched a bit of the queens activities as when I got in from shopping he gave me a brief update.

Apparently it was more fun that the other day (boat watching in the rain). He knew that because she smiled more!
Also "How can she wear high heels? It is unknown!! What is she? Eighty something? She has to go down them steps so slow."

Perhaps she has small deformed feet.

Why did the snail cross the road?
I don't know but I'll tell you when it gets here. :-)
