Thirsk Market Place

We had a lovely couple of hours in Thirsk yesterday lunchtime on our way home from the North York Moors.  A chance to visit the Scottish printmakers exhibition at the Ziller-Bell Gallery (there's one print I really like) and then a lovely lunch with fresh salad in the Court House Gallery where there was another exhibition of local printmakers.  (We'd picked up on these galleries from the exhibition flyer in the Moors Centre).  Then onto our appointment at the hospital for results of Ann's tests.  An MRI scan next and a challenging few months ahead beckons for all of us.  And then when we did get home even the weeds were wilting in my garden pots!!
