Traveling Toilet

Stuck in traffic and of all things I have this "disgusting" traveling toilet in front of me. I hate these things. If I don't have to use one and I mean I will hold it for as long as I can....I won't. When I have used one all my senses shut down and I close my eyes because I don't want to see anything in it. Its not really a good idea to use one with your eyes closed and accidently touch something or sit the wrong way. Uuuuggg....okay just the thought right now made me sick.

On another note.....I think and I'm not sure and this is kind of embarrassing but I think I'm going thru Perimenopause....early stage of menopause. I've been having certain symptoms for the last 2 months and I can't seem to snap out of it. I've been extremely tired, retaining water or swelling and my emotions spread across the map. Let's not forget the episode I had a couple of weeks ago which now I think had to do with stress or anxiety. I am at the right age to start. Ladies....any suggestions are completely welcome.
