Abbeyhill
Friday afternoon's child care included cultural reference point of a proper piece of street art. I previously blipped Cigs showing the preparation work for Fraser Gray's mural.
Seeing as there was free food / refreshments / djs, it seemed rude not to pop down and have a look. The elder one chatted quite the thing with the artist as he tried in vane to complete the project but kept getting distracted by a stream of well wishers. So we left him to it and the aroma of pigeon poo and spray paint ebbed away as we went full 25 yards to nab our Cigs for the day.
White paint on stone wall; I expect this to disappear soon when the fledgling student flats near completion. Papa John's will no doubt end up on site.
Culture done we hit the park for tree climbing and swings.
Extra pic is sanctioned graffiti man Fraser Gray
