Bee of Bampton

I love the poppy season and I love how the bees love it too! :)

I'm currently in the sweet town of Bampton in Devon, staying for one night at the best pub I've ever known & I've known a fair few - if anyone is local or up this way for their holidays, then please call into The Swan, you will not be disappointed!  Great food, great atmosphere, run by great people - basically it's just all great! 

I have 2 weeks worth of back blips to do, but I'll wait till we're home tomorrow, as got a weeks worth of trips out planned for next week as my dad is in for an op on 10th June, so best make the most of the weather and the days before he can't do much for a few weeks - which sadly brings us nicely into 'grockle' season - as in tourists - I love you all really, but there's so many of you and over the last bank holiday weekend over a million of you came to the west country!!!   But then it is the best place, so I don't blame you, I mean, I came!!!  :) xxx
