High hopes

I have started to repaint the exterior woodwork, gates, fences and shutters. Normally not a big job except for this particular pair of shutters. 

My ladder is not big enough to reach so I have to do them from inside. By leaning out !

This time I seem to have lost some of my youthful suppleness and it was hard work doing the rubbing down, but I managed it in the end.
