That's handy

When I measured our local Freckleton Half Marathon last year there was a new road junction under construction.

Knowing I'd have to measure again this year over that part, I put a mark down at 11.5 miles.

When I got to the point today there was another mark close by.

Handy then that I also put a nail in the ground at my mark.
I only have 1.5 miles to measure instead of the whole 13.1.
