Redundant

Until 10 years ago this piece of climbing rope was part of a 10 metre length in which both wife and I put our total trust when on a rock face. After a while rope degrades through use not least through its contact with rock that damage the fibres. It still has many uses; occasionally when a car needs a rescuing it’s a welcome tow rope and very good at securing items in transit etc.
