Wet Friday

We had some heavy showers today, managing to avoid the worse to get some coffee at Nero.  This photo of a group braving the weather was taken as we sheltered in Bards Walk across the road.
 
This evening we met some of our ex-neighbours for a meal at The New Bulls Head, formally known as The West End; after, Ann and I walked down to the river to see if we could see the lights from the fair going on at the recreation ground.  We couldn’t but the restaurant boat, The Countess of Evesham, was just sailing under the bridge, this is the ‘extra’.
