Found this leaf resting in the forks of the cherry tree (real cherries not flowering cherry) - I'm committed to complete the maymacromayhem  challenge to the bitter end - just one more day to go now.  What an awesome challenge this has been - thoroughly enjoyed it, thanks to the rising macro star Walking Wombat.

Enjoyed a mini blip meet over lunch today -
TML Here and There and her friend called this morning on their journey to Oamaru - great to reacquaint again.

Then another visitor later in the afternoon - so all up a very social & thoroughly enjoyable day.

Its been a year since our family lost two precious people - an update, brings those tear back :(

Crikey - yesterdays blip is sitting at #1 and another at #3 on Popular - how very cool is that?  Thank you all so much.

Today has been bleak, overcast and cold.....I've been indoors all day and loving it.  Fire cranking and snuggy.
