Old Sea Dog

This afternoon we went on board the Lord Nelson, a tall ship belonging to  the Jubilee Sailing Trust 'a registered charity whose mission is to promote the integration of people of all physical abilities through the challenge and adventure of tall ship sailing aboard two very special ships, Lord Nelson and Tenacious.'

There were a few crew on board and two we spoke to were both in their 70s including a man who had flown all the way from Uruguay!

This chap was welcoming people and accepting donations on the way  down to the ship. Update 20/04/16 His name was Mark Le Riche aka Mark the Fish. He was a well known local fundraiser who died suddenly earlier this month.
