Did it come from outer space?

Is it a new species from the deep sea, or perhaps an alien from another world altogether? No, it's a dead orange that has been lurking in our grandson's jacket pocket for the best part of a month! It could be worse, his dad's sister, when at the same age, was notorious for squirrelling away in her pockets any dead shrews and mice that she came across!

The orange collector and his sister spent the night with us. The extra photograph shows them post bed-time story, attempting to look angelic. Looks can deceive!
