Only one more sleep to go. Yay!

Well, it's been rather busy here at Grandpa's house today as we are both frantically packing for our two week trip to France and then onto Italy.

This morning the brand new mixer tap lever for the bath sheared off on its second use so in the midst of our already busy day we have had plumbers by the lorry load (or so it seemed!) walking in and out of the house all morning.

The tap has been isolated and Grandpa has been advised to contact the manufacturer by email with photos of the problem. Hopefully they will either supply a new tap or replacement handle under warranty. Will keep you all updated on how that one pans out.

We are both getting even more eager and excited about our long awaited holiday.

We will be leaving South Cambridgeshire at about 9am in the morning in time to catch a midday shuttle to Calais from Folkestone.
