Pasque Flower

We went up high on our walk today up to the snowline and beyond. On the slopes clear of snow the alpine flowers were sprouting out in abundance including the beautiful Pasque flower. In addition to myriads of flowers we were also privileged to see Chamois, Marmots, Ptarmigan and a large bird of prey too far off to accurately identify. All in all a simply wonderful day.
