Engineering in Wood

Not a big fan of collages but had to show this piece of 'engineering' in wood , looks like a chopping board turns into a fruit bowl in two easy moves , the end result I am sure even Apple. Com would be proud of! Bizarrely I think it might be made of Bannana Wood so really confusing !!! But all round, for a 50 p purchase in a charity shop a real conversation piece !
