Water music

Change of plan today.
We were going to meet MrC's brother and wife at Temple Newsam but there were huge queues of traffic,so went to Roundhay Park instead.
After coffee in the new cafe at Tropical World, we went to look round the special gardens.
I wasn't expecting much as we usually visit in July, but how wrong I was. Some lovely iris, alliums,and even agapanthus flowering.
As usual the fountains in the" Alhambra" gardens were playing their usual "tune", and looked beautiful as the sun caught the droplets, and made them sparkle.

Had a walk to the top lake, and back .

I have spent the afternoon in the garden again, after yet another trip to the garden centre!
Glad I got it all finished as rain is forecast for tomorrow.

May be Summer next week?!
