Croome: Chinese Bridge

We made a small diversion on our way back northwards today, in order to pay a 'flying visit' to Croome to see my brother and admire the work he is doing as a NT Volunteer, helping to restore a drystone wall out in the landscaped park.

He told us that considerable progress had been made since our last visit 4 weeks ago on the reconstruction of the 'Chinese Bridge' in the park close to the house , so after we left him to get on with his wall, we took a stroll along the river to take a look.
