Bloody sourdough!

This is my third attempt and the best so far! I'm finding it frustrating, I don't usually have a problem with recipes or any form of cooking but I'm finding this complicated.

Feeding the starter, keeping the bloody thing alive, making the sponge... Rise time...Aaahhhh so annoying! I need to either move on or take a baking class.
