Today I climbed my first tree

Mummy took me to a birthday party in the park today. My friend Natalie from our Mummies group was turning one. I had a fabulous time crawling around and trying to steal everyone else's food!
After the party Mummy took me to a big park to have a play. It was full of lots of big kids all running around and I did my best to keep up with them as much as I could. I climbed up the steps and along the wooden bridge and down the slide. Then some of the kids started climbing the big tree, so I wanted to do that too. I wasn't really big enough though so Mummy let me climb around the roots.
