Today my club held the purbrook ladies 5 race.

Very proud of Lou (right) who got a PB as did the other ladies from my club in the pic too.

I was the lead safety cyclist which was really interesting... Lady who won did 6 min mileing which blew the rest of the field away on a course which is a bit lumpy on the second half
