Strawberry jam yum!
Today I made some Strawberry jam with hidden ingredient
I have a passion with Lemons
So when the recipe mentioned juice of a whole lemon
Hmmm! I thought
shame to throw away a good lemon skin
so I added some thin slivers of lemon skin
and I have to say~~~~~~~
the bit that fell off when I was filling the jars was sooooooo! yummy
The only shame is ,that being a coeliac I don't eat normal bread and the gluten free type is never the same ~~~~~~~~~ but I will make a darn good Victoria Sponge he he !
Hope your Sunday was not to wet ours has been very wet.
but why oh why don't green fly wash off in torrential rain Hmmm!
