What has suprised me and I have found interesting with looking at other journals on this site, is how much it can vary what species of bird visit which garden. While one species might well dominate one garden, another one will rarely see it!

Such is the case with this one (I have rarely seen where I live), that I was just a bit surprised (!!) to see today! I am very glad I had my camera at hand and managed to get this shot of it looking for food under a bird feeder which it had :-)
