Day 861 - Viens

Nearly forgot to take a photo today so it's a quick snap of this dried out hydrangea!

I didn't get out for that walk yesterday so Dale and I went out this afternoon.  I was a bit nervous about walking on my knee but it was actually ok.  We bumped into Emily and ended up going a bit further than I had wanted to and when I got home and stopped walking it started to hurt a wee bit!  I spent the next hour with my leg up on the back of the couch and the ice pack on!
