Lines

The pipeline on the left is the Perth to Kalgoorlie Pipeline. a 300 mile long pipeline started in 1894 and finished in 1903. It still provides water to the goldfields of Kalgoorlie and the farming country along the way.

The other power lines  serve the local farming community. Whilst serving a great purpose they are real pain to the broad acre farming with their very wide rigs to sow, spray and harvest the crops. Today I think they would have been sunk underground.
