Sri Lankan "fish pie"
I can confirm this tastes a lot better than it looks in the photograph. I attempt a curry every week with varying results. This is a big favourite, quick, easy and delicious. However, you need a firm, expensive fish cut for it to work, otherwise it goes to mush. I find monkfish is a great ingredient.
