Approaching Twizel

Traveling across the Mackenzie country approaching Twizel.

Not a lot of time to spare today. Boats, picking up food, dropping the fur child at his 5-star luxury accommodation...

We've passed icy patches between Geraldine and Fairlie, and iced puddles and ponds across the Mackenzie. Mt Cook looked splendid.

It's a crisp and cool out there as it looks. Despite my cold I have that familiar excitement of an adventure about to begin.
