How many people in the UK these days have a home office? Tens of thousands I would think. Sometimes they can be in the tiniest spaces but that is not so good in the longterm, especially if the room has poor ventilation. A good desk and comfortable chair are important investments. Here the occupant of this home office is relaxed and has space to stretch out while on a long telephone conversation - better for brain power and decision-making, I reckon!
