Chicken Jalfrezi

I've been photographing food since the onset of digital cameras. It seemed novel to start with then it became a fun way to record some of the more memorable dishes that have passed through my life.

This was a very memorable Chicken Jal Frezi from Lakeland Spice in Keswick. They still trade and the food is still as good. Now I'm hungry again!
