Bad Mojo
I'm not imagining it. I'm having an "off" week so far and I have the biorhythms to prove it.
It looks like yesterday and today are supposed to be the worst days of the month. I should just stay in the closet today if it's going to be anything like yesterday.
This is what capped the night:
As I was changing my clothes for the evening, my foot got entangled with my shorts. I lost my balance, stumbled across the room and fell into the door jamb scraping my arm and banging my (bad) shoulder. As I was plummeting, I twisted my knee then hit the back of my head on the floor. I had to lay on the floor a few minutes to get my bearings and assess the damage before I could get up.
Went through a lot of ice before I went to bed.
I have nowhere to go but up from here on out, but I still have seven days until I get into positive mojo territory. Here's hoping I can survive that long.
