My Day

At breakfast I looked out of the window and saw the magnificent red poppy which seemed to have bloomed overnight. I went to my yoga class - yoga bag, blocks and strap on an image, went to Zumba- my shoes I use for Zumba on another image, and in the late afternoon called in at the post office to collect a parcel - village post office blipped.
