FLOWERS FROM MUM

Mum bought us these stunning rose and iris combination, knowing the colours are a particular favourite.
I had great pleasure arranging them and thought to myself afterwards, as I was admiring my handiwork - 
'Ah yes, definitely my mother's daughter'.

Mum, you would have made a much better job of these than I have, but maybe I did learn a little something from you, observing you wiring, taping, placing, adjusting and working your magic, creating all those amazingly beautiful wedding flowers, in Greyhound Lane kitchen!
