me and peg's like to watch mary berry's cooking show...every week mary seems to make something that reminds her of childhood summers...change the record mary!

anyway, last week it was knickerbocker glories and peggy's eyes nearly popped out of her head. mary's version wasn't your crappy tinned fruit and strawberry sauce type, it was the fresh fruit and raspberry coulis variety. so we paused, rewound, paused, rewound and copied the recipe...or 'resopy' as pegs wrote.

it's safe to say they were the most expensive knickerbocker glories around...but the best!! nice work peggo!
