Palm Springs Mailbox

On my walk to the grocery store this morning I spotted this mailbox and knew I was back in the desert. We are spending five days here ostensively getting our daughter settled at her new job but in reality we are happy for an excuse to be back in this area. Our daughter had the car, so I walked the mile and half to the store for supplies. Even though it was hot (over 90ºF), it was nothing like the heat of Zihuatanejo and I was quite comfortable the entire time.
