Thank you every one for the hearts and stars, sorry I havn't caugh up with you yet, running late again.
 A while ago one of our golf members was attacked and is in a very bad way in Dunedin hospital, he has a very young family and the community is stunned that this has happened in our quite little town.
So the member thought that a fund raiser would be good to give a helping hand to the family.
A game of golf was organised at Harewa with 76 people playing and yes B and I was there also, I was asked if I could take photo's of all the teams, I was impressed the players were lining up and not running away which was great , caught these guys in a huddle, now this is how we are going to play. 
 There was a lot of raffles donated from Meat to fire wood, wine, and the restraunts got on board also, these places get asked allot and thy always hand out, a wonderful community in which we have the pleasure of living in.
At the end of the day $8000.00 was raised, a great effort.
