Leaving work, 'oh man! I didn't do the blip in the lab I planned, rubs!'. Quick snap on the way out the door. First day back after the holiday, RUBS!

This is one port of the vacuum chamber of our 8-pole vector magnet, 4 of the poles are on the right of the shot. The chamber is portable, we move it on and off the beamlines at the Diamond synchrotron a few times each year. Low pressure is needed as the x-rays don't travel far in air.
