Morning!

This advent calendar-style shift countdown greeted me as I walked in after another non-stop night of keeping A&E for the truly ill and dying.  It made me smile and think of all the good times to come.

(Apparently the A&E lot had had the most peaceful Saturday night in a long time.  It was nice to think that perhaps we'd been a part of making that happen.  They work damn hard.)
