Breakfast on the move

Travelling on the Ghan Railway from Darwin to Adelaide we were fortunate to be served each morning in the dining car whilst on the move. Breakfasts were especially important as the view on the rising sun over the desert added so much more to our meal.
The Ghan is rated as one of the best rail journeys in the world covering over 3000 Kms from the top to the bottom of Australia. Definately not to be missed.
