New View...

This is the view from the new flat we will move into at the end of this month! I am moving less than 200m down the road into buildings that I watched being built when I was 15 years old!

This is a flame tree which is coming into bloom. A poignant reminder of another anniversary I am marking today, but that's another story...

I liked the way the group of men were enjoying respite from the heat of the sun in what is quite a large shaded area provided by the tree. Shady areas are a big thing here. Happy that we can enjoy this garden without having to do any of the work to keep it. ;)
