may he finally find the peace he sought
Okay, so like She had the "girls" over Monday afternoon and well, let's just say 'twas a good thing there were no children (or church-folk) within a 30 mile radius!
And then the news of Charles Kennedy came over the wire, sadness descended on the house. He had his demons, but in reality, don't we all.
I do want people to remember the nicer qualities of Mr. Kennedy, while not always in agreement with his party and it's politics, having met the man (being a union rep with the Royal Mail) I did find myself appreciative of his convictions.
Moving on, the WWll warbirds departed in the morning yesterday, but not before She took that promised flight in this:
It for those unfamiliar with the "mighty 8th" is a B-17g better known as a "Flying Fortress" it's a 'heavy bomber'
You think?
The "girls", (getting back on 'track' here) after numerous bottles of Merlot and a few Chardonnay offerings as well, had gracefully been consumed, offered the following in tribute to their "sister" before releasing their kites one last time.
