Windy walk

Today I went for a walk down by the river next to the farm. The grass was very overgrown and there were lots of wonderful wild flowers everywhere. I didn't stay out for too long as it was a bit too windy - hopefully it'll be calmer for walking at the weekend. 

This is my first blip with an extra photo - I think they're Dame's-violets (Hesperis matronalis). They were growing in a large patch by the river and I had to wade through lots of grass and patches of nettles to take the photo but it was definitely worth it. 

In other news, I have decided to send an email to blipfoto about missing awards. I should have my 50 in a row, tag, and geotag awards but they haven't shown up (even though this is my 58th blip in a row and I completed the other two awards over a week ago too). Hopefully it'll be sorted soon!
