Things are looking up!

Marian was out early to do her HomeStart visit, while I slept late, and felt better for it. We visited a friend's art show, then I called at the Enid Blyton shop - a sign said no photos so I was thwarted in my attempt to capture the golliwogs for sale.

The weather is also on the up - we had a short blowy walk on Studland beach - I have an image of Vanessa Bell, Virginia Woolf and Lytton Strachey hunkered down on tartan travelling rugs. There would have been plenty sand blown in their tea today. But the sun shone briefly, and it is warmer, so maybe today summer will come.
