of hairy caterpillars, that are all over the place these days as they travel together to new host trees to pupate.  They can give a nasty rash if you touch them so better not to lol!!

I travelled to Lilongwe early morning to meet a very good friend Peter who was passing through Malawi - we met 20 years ago when I first came here and he was doing research and we have kept in touch ever since and meet every few years.  I arrived lunchtime and we spent the whole afternoon and evening together and it was great to catch up!  Off early in the morning back to work..........
