Cake

Preparing for riders at Hartlebury on the northbound leg of the 600 km Windsor-Chester-Winsdor audax.  We were open from 12 pm and had our first customers around 1 pm, closing for a short time in the evening before being officially open again at 8 pm.  First rider back on the southbound leg arrived at 12 am, over an hour ahead of anyone else, on fixed.  Probably the only person involved who had anything approaching a proper night's sleep.
