A nice man (indeed two nice men and one nice woman) came today and swapped a large pile of roof tiles for a large pile of wonga.

Such is the magic of eBay that after a month I have one measly offer, then two days later I have two offers of twice as much.  Even better, we've gained space in the builderscourtyard.

Other than a flurry of such activity before breakfast, the day has been another of magnolia.
