Rust . . .

Perfect weather for it!  Two supposedly waterproof jackets soaked through today!  Ollie and I didn't venture very far, the hens hardly left their cosy house!  

I have a dear neighbour who said, at the beginning of the year, that as soon as there were three good days together, she would walk down to see me on the third one.  (She's always got lots of gardening to do, so needs the first two for that).  It is now the end of May and she still hasn't managed down!  The wettest May on record in Orkney . . . !
