Holme force

Visited Loweswater this afternoon, the woods are just stunning with a carpet of bluebells.

And went to see Holme force. All the rain has made the waterfall very full and fast which means the spout was on full power.

It was a slippery climb up the side of the fall to get to the spout. But so worth it.

This iPhone pic was taken with a long exposure app at 1 sec. Not crystal sharp but I had to hand hold it. Of course Nikon images will be on my site.
